Let’s face it, although Spanish food is one of the world’s most favorite cuisines, there really are not a huge number of restaurants in Bangkok that serve it. And especially that serve high-quality Spanish cuisine like you can get in tens of thousands of amazing restaurants all over Spain.

That is why, if you are a lover of Spanish food and are currently in Bangkok, you should be rushing to make reservations at The Banyan Tree’s Vertigo TOO restaurant where, on February 23rd to the 25th, Michelin awarded chef and restaurateur Diego Campos and his son Ruben Campos will be creating some of the most amazing Spanish and Catalan cuisine you have ever tasted.

The pair will create a 4-course set menu that is incomparable when it comes to Spanish cuisine in Bangkok.

Dishes for you to choose from will include lobster with gazpacho, seabass with seafood, slow cooked veal with a pumpkin puree, and a traditional Catalan chicken. The menu can also be enjoyed with their suggested paired wines if you prefer.

If you enjoy fine dining, a lovely atmosphere and impeccable service, then Vertigo TOO is definitely the place to enjoy your favorite Spanish cuisine this month. I have eaten at the restaurant several times, and it remains one of my favorite Bangkok places.

The price per person is 4,200 baht, or 6,300 baht if you wish to include the paired wines.
