With many in Bangkok to choose from, anyone not familiar with the city might be at a loss. Yet with so many westerners getting eye care in Thailand, it pays to know which eye clinics or hospitals will give you great service, excellent care and good value for money.

TRSC International Lasik Center – One of the best eye clinics in Bangkok, if not Thailand, TRC International Lasik Center concentrates priimarily on corrective Lasik surgery. They perform all types of Lasik surgery for short-sightedness, far sightedness and astigmatism, as well as surgery to correct cataract problems.
TRSC has been offering eye surgery in Bangkok for almost 15 years and, during that time, has treated thousands of patients successfully. They’re known for their high success rate, world-class technical equipment and board certified specialists.

A favorite with resident western expats, Bangkok Hospital is Thailand’s largest hospital group, and offers superb eye care for a fraction of the cost of hospitals in the west.
In their ophthalmology clinic, you can have treatment for blocked tear ducts, injury to your eyes, infections, cataracts, droopy or baggy eyelid corrective surgery, Lasik surgery, or just common vision problems. Staff speaks excellent English and, if you have to stay overnight or longer, the service you’ll receive will be second to none.
They even offer a free shuttle service to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport and to and from several sky train stations in Bangkok. You can’t get much better service than that.
