If you are looking for a 4-star hotel in Bangkok you will love staying or eating at, look no further than Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square.
Not only is Novotel Bangkok right in the center of Thailand’s capital city, surrounded by enormous malls, restaurants, cafes and entertainment, the hotel’s rooms and facilities are second to none.
Novotel Bangkok rooms
Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has 426 rooms and suits.
All rooms come with en suite bathrooms, sofas and seating areas, memory foam beds, a work desk, flat screen TVs, a mini-bar, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are quite luxurious, and views over the surrounding area are superb.
Particularly if you decide to stay in one of the hotel’s Executive Suites located on one of the top floors.
As for getting around Bangkok, the hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the main BTS sky train station — Siam. This makes it easy to travel around the city, as Siam connects the Silom and Sukhumvit BTS lines.
It is also incredibly easy to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport from here, as the BTS connects Siam with the Airport Link just a couple of stops away.
Facilities at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square
It is not just the Novotel Bangkok rooms that are so perfect either.
The hotel itself has a large swimming pool, which is a wonderful place to get away from the bustle of the city, sit, swim and soak up some sun. For even further relaxing, the Tammachart Day Spa offers a variety of treatments, including Thai massage.
The Novotel Bangkok also has a fully-equipped fitness center, including steam rooms and a sauna. All free for all hotel guests.
If you have the children with you, there is a cool Kids Corner stocked with Xbox consoles and Xbox games, as well as books, games and movies. Plenty of things to keep them occupied for hours. And, as long as you are willing to let them sleep in your room, up to two children under 16 can stay at the hotel for free. That even includes breakfast at no charge.
Restaurants at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square
The hotel also has several award-winning restaurants.
The Square serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of international cuisine on offer.
If you love Chinese food, there is literally no better restaurant in Bangkok than Lok Wah Hin. A restaurant that has won the award as best Chinese restaurant in Bangkok for 14 years in a row. They specialize in Dim Sum, with a superb Dim Sum buffet for both lunch and dinner.
And Gourmet Bar is wonderful for more casual sandwiches, salads and pastries.
If dessert is more to your taste too, Sweet Block by Gourmet Bar could be your favorite thing about Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. Particularly its cakes, cake pops and caramel apples.
