The presenter (who is adorable), starts you off on Saphan Taksin boat pier, and takes a fascinating tour up the Chao Praya River, complete with commentary from the Tourist Boat guide.
At Tasty Thailand, we highly recommend buying a pass for the Tourist Boat. One pass is valid all day and you can get on and off the boat as many times as you want. At only 120 baht ($4) for the day, it’s an amazing deal.
The Tourist Boat runs from 9am to 3pm every day. But, once you buy the ticket, you can also use any other Chao Praya Express Boat, during the same times, without paying any extra money.
