Singapore to Bangkok route so popular, Singapore Airlines adds a sixth daily flight

Those who often fly between Singapore and Bangkok, or who plan on taking a trip between the two cities soon, will be happy to know Singapore Airlines has announced there will be an additional daily flight from Singapore to Bangkok starting up in late October.

That means there will be 6 daily flights between the two Asian cities instead of the currently scheduled five flights.

Proof yet again the Singapore to Bangkok route is one of the most popular routes for the flag carrier.

Flight times for sixth Singapore Airlines flight from Singapore to Bangkok return

The sixth Singapore Airlines flight from Changi Airport to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport will leave Singapore at 18:35 local time (GMT+8), and arrive in Bangkok at 20:00 (GMT+7).

The return flight will depart Bangkok at 21:10 local time, and arrive in Singapore at 00:40 the following day.

Flights will take place on the Boeing 787-10, which means an additional 674 people (337 arriving/337 departing) will be able to make the trip between the two cities each day.

The additional flight between Singapore and Bangkok, and return, has already been added to the Singapore Airlines website, so flights can be booked now.

The first of the new flights will take off on October 29th.

Free Wi-Fi on Singapore Airlines

Remember too, most flights via Singapore Airlines now include complimentary Wi-Fi for all classes of seat, so there is even more reason to book your next trip via the Southeast Asian airline.

All you have to do is make sure you enter your KrisFlyer membership details when booking a flight, or add them via Manage Booking online before your flight departs.

If you are not a KrisFlyer member, you can also take advantage of Singapore Airlines’ complimentary Wi-Fi once on board the plane.
