Anyone wanting to fly from Phuket, Thailand to Sydney, Australia in December, 2021 and beyond now has another option.
That is because Thai Airways has just announced a new Phuket to Sydney flight is now flying three times a week starting from today.
Those flights will leave Phuket on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with flight #TG477 leaving Phuket at 18:50 and arriving in Sydney the following day at 07:30.
The return flight (TG478) will leave Sydney at 09:30 and arrive in Phuket on the same day at 14:40. Thai Airways Sydney to Phuket flights depart every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
The new timetable is currently scheduled to run from today, December 7th, 2021, through March 25th, 2022.
Of course, like in the last 21 months, should new lockdowns or other restrictions be suddenly mandated in either Thailand or Australia, the schedule could change.
The new Thai Airways Phuket to Sydney flights are in addition to the four times weekly Bangkok to Sydney flights Thai Airways is currently running.
A round-trip economy seat on a Thai Airways flight from Phuket to Sydney is currently quite inexpensive, with prices as low as 23,760 baht (approximately $779) roundtrip through the end of December, 2021.
If you can fly into or out of Thailand or Australia then, now may be a good time to take advantage of very affordable fares.
