One great deal a lot of people in Bangkok miss is the “Special Menu of the Month” from K’s Cafe, inside the Kinokuniya bookstore at Siam Paragon. K’s Cafe serves a small menu of Thai and International dishes, at relatively inexpensive prices to start with, but, when you order their “Special Menu of the Month”, you get some awesome deals.
Right now, K’s Cafe is promoting their Kiwi and Mango Crepe. Served with ice cream, fresh kiwi and mango, it’s on promotion for only 90 baht and, it’s delicious.
They also have a coupon for 15% off any food item at K’s Cafe, from July 1st to July 31st.
To get the discount, just pick up a free copy of Kinokuniya’s in-store flyer. It’s a full-color monthly flyer listing books on sale that month plus their store recommendations. Every month (usually on the back of the flyer) you’ll find a coupon for K’s Cafe, with the “Special Menu of the Month” plus a tear-off coupon for a percentage discount for any item on the menu (usually 10-20% off).
The food at K’s Cafe is excellent, but what I love is the atmosphere. You can either sit close to the window, looking out over Bangkok, and watch the sky train come and go at Siam Station below, or sit in the inside and look out over the mall and bookstore. Love it.
You’ll find K’s Cafe in the Kinokuniya bookstore at Siam Paragon, on the 3rd Level. Don’t miss buying a couple of books or a magazine while you’re at it.
